oh how i love myself a fun – up for anything – hands all over each other - couple in love.  makes me almost rethink my strict ‘no wedding’ policy… almost.

this idea first made it’s appearance at my sister-in-law jess’ wedding.  since then, it’s been a hot item!   engagement sessions are so fun BUT typically people don’t take advantage of the fun things they can do with their pictures after they’ve sent one into the press.  well, no longer will that be a problem!  let me introduce to you the official autograph guest book.  it’s the perfect combination of creativity and functionality… all in one.

here’s just a few of my favs from my last e-session.  it’s so fun seeing people just at that brink of getting married.  so much ahead of them – yet so much in love – awww.  

before i start any shoot, i usually give whomever a run-down of how a shoot typically goes and what to expect.  for your viewing pleasure i present to you the cliff note version (my favorite).  here we go in no particular order.

rule #1: i’m not always interested in your face… or your even your smile necessarily.  

 
rule #2:  never underestimate how fast i can snap one… and my love for blackmail.

 
rule #3:  when i say “just one more” for like the hundredth time and you want to poke my eyeballs out… i’ll try to make it worth it.

to LOVE.  

i loved experiencing this season in my own life… and watching others always brings me right back.  it’s the season of sharing the love – the season of spreading the love - the season of falling in love.

all in all, it’s one of my favorites to capture.

well, whenever i think back to my childhood i remember always asking, well actually begging my mom to have another baby.  i was the youngest of three with two older brothers and i always wanted a little… sister.  well, my parents never did fulfill my request and i ended up settling for my abusive brothers .  

well, the lord works in mysterious ways and when i married my husband – i gained three wonderful sisters – one being jessica.  jess isn’t so “little”, but she is younger… and she’s getting married!  so, here she is in all her wedding planning bliss.  thanks for keeping me “hip & cool” jess.  you are everything and more i ever dreamed a “little sis” should be.  oh, and her other half ben is a pretty nice addition too.

we’re so happy to share in this new adventure of life with you two.
