So I was thinking if I’m ever going to start this blog stuff, what better time than during the blizzard of 2007!  If you’ve lived in Western Michigan over the past two days, well then you can totally understand where I’m coming from.  Since Friday, we’ve gotten nearly 20"+ of snow… the bad part is that it’s expected to continue through the week.  Is it a coincidence that my husband is gone on a business trip to Florida for the week?  Can’t complain though.  I’ve got some great brothers who stepped in to help a sister out… not to mention I got a snow day out of the deal!

My niece came over to visit while her daddy made it possible for me to leave my house.  I just couldn’t resist how cute she looked bundled up.  I’d be safe to say that daddy definitely didn’t get her ready!  So here’s my little princess Chloe.  She’s my oldest niece, so can’t think of a better way to start it all off!
